The Indian government's plan to split up Andhra Pradesh state triggered protests by thousands of people last week. Vishakhapatnam, a port town in the state, was to hold the match on Dec.18.The day-night match will now be played in Nagpur on the same day, N. Srinivasan, secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, said in a statement.
India and Sri Lanka will play five one-dayers, beginning on Tuesday at Rajkot. India already has won a three-Test series and drawn the two-match T20 series with Sri Lanka.
